A MUSICIAN-LED SOUND COMPANY
ONE TREE SOUND grew out of a musician's own journey to learn how to better capture his acoustic sound in recordings. Founder and owner Stefán Örn Arnarson is a long-time cellist, composer, sound designer and sound engineer who has performed with various professional orchestras and ensembles across genres in his career. He has also taught music, ear training, and sound recording as a University professor for many years. A featured session and recording artist, Stefán has been on both sides of the microphone as the performer, and as the engineer and producer for other artists.
